Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or trading losses.

Review before purchasing

Review the plan features, platform availability, and pricing before starting a paid subscription. Use the seven-day free trial to evaluate whether the software meets your needs.

Cancel a subscription

You may cancel your subscription through the billing section of your dashboard. Follow the cancellation steps in the billing portal and review the effective cancellation date shown there. Cancellation does not refund payments already made.
